Itinerary
Day 01: New Delhi(Arrival - by Flight)
Upon your arrival at the Delhi airport, your golden tour with Haridwar and Rishikesh will begin. To ensure a trouble-free transfer to your hotel, our tour representative is at your service and will meet you at the airport only. Once you've checked into the hotel and gotten over your travel fatigue, relax. Spend the day relaxing. The attractions you will visit today include Raj Ghat, India Gate, President's House, Humayun's Tomb, Lotus Temple, Qutub Minar, and Red Fort. Stay the night at your Delhi hotel.
Day 02: Delhi to Agra(By Surface (235 kms / 4-5 hours))
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and the driver will pick you up and leave for Agra.
You will be following the Yamuna Expressway. On reaching Agra, check in the hotel and relax for a while. Post that, you will be exploring the Agra Fort, Itmad-ud-Daula, and Moti Masjid. Several Mughal emperors owned Agra Fort after it was constructed by Emperor Akbar. Agra Fort is also known as Red Fort because it is built-in red sandstone, like most other Mughal constructions. In honor of her father, Mirza Ghiyas Beg, Empress Noor Jahan constructed the Id-Mat-Ud-Daulah mausoleum. Baba Taj is so named because of how similar it looks to the Taj Mahal.
Day 03: Agra – FatehpurSikri – Jaipur(By Road)
On day 3, Get up right on time to visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise. This will be one of the unforgettable experiences. Taj Mahal is the most beautiful structure on Earth, and it is also one of the seven wonders. Symbolic of the everlasting love between Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal, the white marble structure is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. When sunlight comes on Taj Mahal, it looks more beautiful.
From that point onward, you will visit the Mehtab Bagh. Further, you will leave for Jaipur. On the way, stop at Fatehpur Sikri. This is known as the abandoned Mughal town. This was established in the second half of the 16th century by Emperor Akbar as a sign of victory. In Fatehpur Sikri, you can explore Salim Chisti's tomb, Palace of Jodha Bai, Birbal Mahal, and Jama Masjid. You can visit Abhaneri to see the Chand Baori stepwell as well if time permits. On reaching Jaipur, you will be dropped at the hotel, check in and relax. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 04: Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Jaipur (Jaipur local sightseeing)
On day 4, you will be exploring the main attractions of the heritage city, Jaipur “the Pink City”. Jaipur was established by Sawai Jai Singh II in 1727. You will start exploring with the Amber Fort, City Palace, and Jantar Mantar and Hawa Mahal.
Explore local markets here including Johari Bazaar, Chandpole Bazar, Nehru Bazaar, and Bapu Bazaar. You can buy bangles, handicrafts, customary shoes, earthenware, home items, and souvenirs. Post that, the driver will leave you back at the hotel for an overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 05: Jaipur to Delhi(Jaipur – Delhi (260 Kms))
Next day, after breakfast, you will leave for Delhi via road. On reaching, the driver will drop you at the hotel, check in the hotel and stay for a night there. Relax.
Day 06: Delhi to Haridwar(By Surface (220 kms / 4-5 hours))
Next day, you will leave for Haridwar. On reaching, check in the hotel and relax for a while. Post that, you will be exploring the spiritual city “Haridwar.” Haridwar is the starting point for the Char Dham pilgrimages to Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri, so it is believed that this is the entrance to God. On the Shivalik hill, in the foothills of the Himalayas, you may find it. From its vantage point on the hill, the Ganga begins its trek on the plain at Haridwar. The site is well-known for its spiritual importance as well as its artistic and cultural offerings.
Day 07: Haridwar – Rishikesh – Haridwar(by Road)
On day 7, you will leave for Rishikesh from Haridwar by road. In Rishikesh, you will start with exploring the Laxman Jhula, Slam Jhula, Parmarth Niketan Ashram, Sivananda Ashram, lastly the Beatles Ashram. Later, the driver will bring you back to Haridwar for an overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 08: Departure(Haridwar to Delhi)
On day 8, you will leave for Delhi back marking and end to the golden tour with Haridwar and Rishikesh. You will be dropped at either the airport for your onward destination.
