Take a little time out of your usual schedule and experience the diverse beauty of Kerala 7-days tour. This will bring relaxation, adventure, and cultural exploration all-together in this 7 days tour. You will be witnessing historical places, cultural events, local houseboat cuisine, and local traditional food. Explore the tranquility of Munnar, the wildlife adventures of Thekkady, the serene backwaters of Alleppey, the golden beaches of Kovalam, and the cultural heritage of the city in between.
On your arrival at Kochi, check-in and rest for a while. Post that, the driver will pick you and start with the tour. You will be exploring Mattancherry Palace, Chinese Fishing Nets, and St. Francis Church this day. Driver will take you to the cultural event where you will see the Kathakali dance performance in the evening and try out the local food here.
Munnar is a beautiful hill station situated in Western Ghats. On reaching Munnar, you will visit the tea plantations, Echo Point, and the scenic Mattupetty Dam. Post that, take a walk along with tea gardens and visit the Kundala Lake.
Next day, you will continue your tour in Munnar. You will visit Kundala Lake, Top Station, and the Tea Museum. Post that, you should try taking a walk along with the tea gardens. The greenery brings out the beauty here.
On day 4, you will drive to Thekkady. The place is known for its Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Here, you will take a boat ride on Periyar Lake, where you can easily spot elephants, birds, and other wildlife. Post that, do explore spice plantations and you can shop for some local spices too.
On day 5, you will leave for Alleppey. Ths is famous for backwaters and houseboats cruises.
Take a backwater cruise on a traditional houseboat. Overnight stay here in the houseboat. Try out the local delicious Kerala food here.
Next day, you will leave for Kumarakom. This is a very popular backwater destination. Here, you will visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary first. This is a home to a wide variety of migratory and local bird species which you can easily spot.
On day 7, you will leave for Kochi. Driver will pick you up and post your breakfast and leave for Kochi.
